After proper authentication, Miller follows the link to the Create a New Inquiry screen, Figure 2.

Miller enters the information for the new case and inquiry, and then clicks on "Submit Inquiry Information." He selects E:\ in the drop-down menu (an external drive attached to the OnLineDFS machine) as the location for data and evidence.
