January 8, 2010 Cyber Security Technologies (CST) announced today that the Board of the Holistic Information Security Practitioner Institute (HISPI) has approved the P2P Marshal Training Courses offered by CST for CPE hours that qualify for maintaining Holistic Information Security Practitioner (HISP) certification. P2P Marshal is a unique automated computer forensics application used by over 1,500 law enforcement and enterprise security professionals worldwide to discover and analyze peer-to-peer (P2P) misuse on images of hard drives.
HISPI is an independent certification organization that promotes a holistic approach to information security program management by providing certification opportunities in information security, information assurance and governance. HISPI focuses on international standards, best practices and comprehensive frameworks for developing robust and effective information security programs.
